IT Maintenance & Operations Support


At ZSSB, we have a group of highly qualified and enthusiastic team, with extensive experience in the deployment, implementation, testing, commissioning and support of Healthcare IT Systems.  The staff comprise of IT Professionals with relevant certification in their field of expertise while also having worked in some of the world’s most well renowned multinational companies like Siemens, General Electric etc.

As such, the team at ZSSB is able to provide Maintenance and Operations Support Services of IT Systems in Hospitals helping our customers meet SLAs, ensuring system uptime and high availability.

Daily Operations Support include:

Helpdesk Team

➤ The Helpdesk Team comprises of a team of first level responders.

➤ For Tier 2 and above issues, the team will “log” a case and escalate accordingly to the Application Support Team or Technical Support Team.

Application Support Team

➤ The Application Support Team comprises of programmers and analysts that provide support to end-users to resolve application related issues.

➤ Apart from tackling application issues, the Team will handle escalation of application bugs to Development Team.

➤ Deploy application patches and fixes when they become available.

Technical Support Team

➤ The Technical Support Team comprises of technical and network engineers that provide support to end-users to resolve technical related issues.

➤ Apart from handling basic technical issues, the Technical Support Team will also assist in escalation of technical issues to vendors i.e. reporting/claiming of warranty for faulty hardware etc.

Some of our past Maintenance and Operations Support contracts have been with Tawau Specialists Poli-Clinic and Hospital Lahad Datu.
